At Growplay, we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our monkey bars and play equipment. We understand, however, that there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. Below, we have outlined our Return Policy for such instances. Please read through the following terms to understand your rights and obligations.

Change of Mind:

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. While we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind, we are open to considering exchanges in exceptional circumstances. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss possible options.

For purchases made via Layby, separate terms and conditions apply. Please refer to our specific Layby Terms and Conditions for guidance.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the product immediately. If the item is defective or damaged, notify us right away. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item, please contact us within a specific period (e.g., 30 days) with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence.

Return Authorisation:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorisation from our customer service team. Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted, and any associated refunds or exchanges may be forfeited.

Return Condition:

All returned items must be in their original condition, free of any wear and tear, marks, or any alterations. The product should be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a denial of the return or restocking fees deducted from any potential refund.

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment merchant.
