Change of Mind Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
⏳ Orders Not Yet Dispatched
If you've paid for an order that hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible, however this cannot be guaranteed due to fast dispatch times.
🚚 Orders Already Dispatched
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept delivery. You must accept delivery and follow the returns process below if you wish to return the items.
Lay-Buy Cancellations
💳 Lay-Buy Payment Plans
If you need to cancel a Lay-Buy payment plan, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from any payments already made before issuing your refund. This fee applies to Lay-Buy orders cancelled at any stage after the first payment has been made.
- 20% cancellation fee applies to all Lay-Buy cancellations
- Fee is deducted from payments already made
- Refund issued to the original payment method

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if you've changed your mind about the purchase (subject to the conditions below).
Regardless of where your order was dispatched from or collected, all returns must be returned at your expense to our processing centre:
