Delivery Cost:
Delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout and is dependant on the items, weight and delivery address. 

Delivery Time:
Perth Metro: Approx. 3-5 days
Rest of WA: Approx. 7-10 days
Rest of Australia: Approx. 14-21 days

What is the delivery cost and time?

Where are the assembly instructions?

To make the process more accessible, we offer convenient financing options. Currently, we provide two flexible choices available at the checkout:

Lay-Buy:
Lay-Buy is a straightforward payment plan that allows you to secure your Monkey Bars with a down payment and pay the remaining balance in monthly installments. Is a financing or installment plan available?

We apologise for the inconvenience and are here to help resolve the issue as quick as possible.

Please contact us your order number, the product/part name, and a detailed description of the fault or missing part. If possible, include photographs depicting the issue, as this will help us assess the situation more efficiently.

My order has missing or damaged parts

Q: Can I make additional payments?
A: No. It is only possible to automatically pay your scheduled monthly payments, or pay off the remaining amount in full.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: If your automatic scheduled payment fails, PayPal will auto attempt again in 5 days, two more times – please ensure you have sufficient funds, and have the correct card linked in your PayPal account. If the payment is still unsuccessful, Growplay will need to manually collect the payment via PayPal.

Q: How can I update my payment method?
A: You will need to update the primary payment method in you Paypal Account.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to use lay-buy?
A: Yes. The lay-buy payment plan is setup through PayPal and requires a PayPal account.

Q: Can I pay my lay-buy off early?
A: Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance of your layby to receive delivery sooner. If you wish to arrange this, please contact us.

Q: Can I check my remaining balance?
A: To determine your remaining balance, simply add up all the payments you've made so far and subtract this total from your initial order total.
