How do I track my order?Updated 7 months ago

The method to track your order varies depending on your location:

Perth Metro Deliveries: Customers will receive live tracking updates via SMS on the day their order is out for delivery. This real-time tracking allows you to monitor your order's progress on its way from our warehouse directly to your door.

Regional WA Deliveries: Orders in this area do not have a tracking service available. We appreciate your patience and understanding and assure you we are dedicated to delivering your items as quickly as possible. 

All Other States: After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to become active, as the courier service needs to process and update the shipment status within their system. 

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help resolve any issues promptly and ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
